REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

There shall be no refund or return available either for standard equipment or for custom-made equipment. It is up to the customer to be sure of their requirement or expectations of the equipment and take clarification from the seller regarding this and make the purchase only after being completely satisfied about the equipment, its look, its production capacity, expected outcome etc.
We provide ample opportunities for prospective buyers to get to know the machines and be sure of the quality and claimed capacities, by permitting factory visit, product demo at the factory as well as customer premises near to the potential buyer where they can interact with existing customers and get complete information regarding the product, service, production etc.. either with or without the presence of the seller’s representative so they can take an unbiased opinion from the actual end user regarding the product before committing to make a purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (before the carrier leaves the premises) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Transit damages may be reported to us immediately on receipt of the goods in order to initiate the insurance claim proceedings with the carrier to make good the defects at the earliest. An exchange of the equipment is never permitted.
